Smoking is prohibited in vehicles. The consumption of food or drink in the vehicles is only permitted with the authorisation of the driver.
It is recommended that baby/child seats are adjusted by parents. Drivers are not responsible for adjusting these seats. Drivers can refuse to transport babies or children without the appropriate seats.
JBTours accepts no responsibility for circumstances outside its control that could cause delay or failure to adhere to planned timetables, such as road accidents, bad weather, police operations, road traffic or circumstances that affect the safety of passengers.
JBTours provides transport for passengers in wheelchairs but must be given information about a passenger’s needs in advance in order to ensure that the correct assistance is given.
